Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in and out efficiently using our property management systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate department, and take accurate messages.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining a tidy lobby area.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are pristine.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- No prior experience necessary; we value attitude and work ethic over history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
