Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, check them in efficiently, and address any inquiries or concerns with a smile.
- Operations: Handle front desk operations, including managing reservations, answering multi-line phones, and processing payments accurately.
- Shift Management: Work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring seamless operations during all hours of business.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras, conduct regular safety checks of the lobby area, and ensure guest privacy is maintained.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Communicate room maintenance needs to the housekeeping team promptly to ensure a pristine environment for our guests.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest logs, update property management systems, and assist with light clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends.
