Responsibilities
- warmly and professionally greet all guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, including verifying identification and processing payments.
- accurately answer incoming phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries regarding room availability, amenities, and local attractions.
- assist guests with special requests, from restaurant reservations to transportation arrangements, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and lobby environment.
- process daily transactions using the property management system (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
- resolve guest concerns or complaints immediately, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior front desk or hospitality experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
