Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems (PMS)
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Act as a local Dallas ambassador with recommendations for attractions and dining
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience in hospitality preferred
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
