Responsibilities

- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when needed
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RoomRack)
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a major plus
