- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficient with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (if handling valet)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
