Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and efficiency upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes using our property management system.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Assist with concierge requests and provide recommendations for local New York attractions.
- Maintain the lobby area and public spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
