- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences
- Maintain accurate reservation records
- Support concierge services for tourist recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions
- Multilingual skills (Spanish/Chinese) a plus
