Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred)
