Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, payments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints with exceptional service recovery
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Provide local area recommendations and assistance
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Process mail/package deliveries and special requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in hotel software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Fluent English; bilingual Spanish a strong plus
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
