Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and guest inquiries with precision
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Act as primary liaison for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and diplomatically
- Utilize hotel property management software (Opera) and communication systems
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and immaculate presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic office software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
