Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with speed and accuracy
- Process reservations via hotel management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Process payments, maintain cash drawer accountability
- Perform nightly audits and generate daily reports
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
