Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Promote hotel amenities and local Memphis attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks including answering phones and managing correspondence
Qualifications
