- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local expert, providing recommendations for attractions and dining

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
