Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Provide local area recommendations and assistance
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for vaifing duties)
