Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with our digital reservation system
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Upsell resort amenities and special packages
- Maintain immaculate lobby and common areas
- Collaborate with security team for guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Background check and drug test required
