Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, processing reservations, and managing the property management system (PMS).
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and empathetic manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, manage the daily logbook, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Marketing Engagement: Promote our loyalty programs and local attractions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including key control and fire drill procedures, to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role (hotel front desk experience preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Technology: Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Software.
- Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards that align with our brand image.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in hospitality is a plus.
