Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all visitors, clients, and tenants upon arrival at the reception area.
- Check-In/Out Management: Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes, verifying identification and collecting necessary payments or forms.
- Phone Support: Answer multi-line phone systems with a professional demeanor, directing calls to appropriate departments or taking accurate messages.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage mail distribution, package reception, and maintain the lobby area to ensure a tidy and organized environment.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Safety & Security: Monitor building access, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in front desk reception, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn Property Management Systems (PMS) quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
