Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services with expertise.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers with high accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk area.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or special requests to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift luggage as needed.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
