Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk switchboard with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process payments, including credit cards and cash, accurately and securely.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing room keys.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and property management systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
