Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, checking them in and out with efficiency and a smile.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Operate the front desk software (PMS) to handle reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Assist with light administrative duties such as mail sorting and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must possess a friendly, professional demeanor and a problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
