Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and upgrades using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Conduct daily audits and prepare end-of-day reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality front desk experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingualism highly valued
- High school diploma or equivalent required
