As the first point of contact, you'll manage check-ins/checkouts, handle reservations, and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications with attention to detail
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Perform nightly audits and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- Valid Washington State alcohol service permit (WACs)
