As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer inquiries, and provide directions or recommendations for local attractions.
- Check-In/Out: Process reservations, verify identification, and handle payments efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Shift Management: Assist in front desk operations during various shifts, ensuring coverage and operational continuity.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, relaying messages to appropriate departments.
- Security: Ensure the safety of guests and property by monitoring access points and handling lost and found items.
- Maintenance Support: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, preferably PMS software like Opera or similar.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer Focus: Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
