Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to exacting standards.
- Stock linens, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas to ensure a fully prepared environment.
- Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, are maintained to a pristine condition.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken furniture to the management team immediately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols strictly to ensure guest well-being.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries to enhance their stay.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to resolve guest concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
