Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a smile.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk switchboard in a professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Process payments accurately using hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage.
