Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Reservations & Check-out: Manage room bookings, process payments accurately, and conduct efficient check-outs while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Inquiries: Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person with a solution-oriented approach.
- Operations: Assist with lobby management, maintain the cleanliness of public areas, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Administrative: Accurately complete daily logs, report maintenance issues, and update guest profiles in our Property Management System (PMS).
- Upselling: Proactively promote hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a polished and professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, flexible, and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards consistent with a luxury hotel environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
