Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls promptly, manage reservations, and relay messages to departments efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations and resolving issues quickly.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS), process payments, and prepare daily reports.
- Facility Maintenance: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are pristine.
- Sales Support: Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and special packages to drive revenue and enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
