Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Execute upselling opportunities for premium services
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of local attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent
