Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with speed and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage reservations using Opera software
- Maintain detailed logs of guest preferences and special requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Ensure lobby and reception areas remain pristine at all times
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Columbus attractions and transportation
