Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in/out, concierge support, and personalized recommendations
- Manage reservations using Opera property management system with precision and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium services
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property protection
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish highly valued
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Valid California driver's license for valet coordination (if applicable)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
