Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with speed and accuracy
- Manage reservations and optimize room allocation for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with solution-focused mindset
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling techniques for premium room categories and amenities
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Oregon food handler's card (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
