Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and lobby inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and daily deposits accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
