  • Lobby Maintenance: maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
  • Reservations: assist with reservation requests, manage room availability, and update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using computers, hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros), and phone systems.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Professionalism: High school diploma or GED required; a background in hospitality is a plus.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
