Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and backend departments.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue, occupancy, and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, ensuring financial targets are met and cost controls are implemented effectively.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, leading by example with exceptional leadership and mentorship.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or full-service property.
- Demonstrated success in P&L management and revenue strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems (PMS).
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
