Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Perform nightly audits and reconcile financial transactions with precision.
- Monitor hotel security systems and premises to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct nightly inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of shift logs and security reports.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure a smooth transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent in a hotel setting.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
