Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and coordinate the activities of all hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, ensuring seamless operations 24/7.
- Guest Experience: Maintain the highest standards of service, personally addressing VIP guests and resolving complex guest issues to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs effectively.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive, high-performance culture within the hotel.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the hotel's online presence and drive occupancy rates through local partnerships.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations to protect the hotel and guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or Micros.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license required for business travel.
