Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Night Audit Duties: Perform financial reconciliations, post room charges, settle guest accounts, and generate daily operational reports.
- Security & Safety: Conduct routine security rounds of the property, lobby, and guest rooms to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, welcoming presence for late arrivals and early risers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintenance Coordination: Monitor and communicate with the engineering department regarding any maintenance issues or emergencies.
- Key Management: Maintain strict control over master keys and key cards, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel front desk or night audit role.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bi-lingual is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in financial reporting and data entry.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle sensitive guest information with discretion.
