Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and memorable welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the registration process, verify guest information, and process payments accurately.
- Communication: Answer phones professionally, take accurate messages, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Reservations: Assist with room bookings and manage the lobby area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Security: Monitor lobby activity and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Upselling: Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a hospitality role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and property management systems (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are a bonus.
