Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing reservations.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining a polite and helpful tone.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, services, and property amenities with expertise.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area and lobby space.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
