Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Warmly greet and welcome guests and clients upon arrival with a professional and energetic demeanor.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Check-in/Check-out: Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately using property management software.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk area and lobby.
- Administrative Support: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process invoices or expense reports.
- Coordination: Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as mail distribution and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in customer service is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Availability: Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
