Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area and lobby environment.
- Assist with key management and security procedures to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
