Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with speed and accuracy.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming for visitors.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
