Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, answer emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments accurately.
- Guest Services: Provide local recommendations, answer questions regarding hotel amenities, and handle special requests.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the front desk area, update guest records, and ensure all paperwork is organized.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be computer literate and familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Appearance: Maintains a professional and neat appearance at all times.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
