Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and special requests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and a focus on problem resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
