Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and responding to email inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate daily financial records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public spaces are immaculate.
- Maintain a pristine reception area that reflects our brand standards.
- Upsell room rates and promote hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Valid driverβs license preferred.
