Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining premium service standards
- Manage reservations and optimize room inventory using OPERA software
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or guest service experience
- Proficiency in hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent required
