Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts with warm, personalized service
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly using conflict resolution skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/Fidelio) for inventory and bookings
- Act as local concierge with expert knowledge of SF attractions and events
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish/Chinese preferred)
- High school diploma; hospitality degree/certification a plus
- Authorization to work in the United States
