Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and VIP guest requests using Opera software
- Handle payment processing, billing inquiries, and cash drawer reconciliation
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using de-escalation techniques
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio preferred)
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Spanish fluency highly valued
