Responsibilities
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy of guest information and payments.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, handling inquiries and reservations.
- Manage the property management system (PMS) to update guest profiles and room status.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and concierge services.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure a welcoming and secure environment.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and resolve guest complaints with patience and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
